• Report Viewing: Using the integrated report viewer, you can view any report developed with Crystal Reports(TM). Full viewing, printing, exporting, and drill-down capabilities are supported.
  
• Report Menuing: Report Manager allows you to create easy to use drop-down menus simply by placing reports in folders, making reports easy for users to find. This effectively allows easy distribution of ad-hoc reports to users on your network.
  
• Access Control: Report Manager restricts users to only those reports to which they have been granted access. All other reports are hidden.
  
• Integrated Database Security: You can securely store and hide database logon information for reports from your users. This means you may not need to set up elaborate access control on your database servers or files if users are accessing data via reports. You can even redirect your report when accessing ODBC, OLE DB, and other Crystal Reports supported database types
  
• Single Sign-On: Report Manager integrates with Active Directory, Windows Domain, and Windows Local User security. Users won't have to remember an additional password to access their reports.
  
• Stored Parameters:  Store parameters with your report to be passed to your report at runtime.
• Command-Line Accessibility:  Run and view reports from the command-line or from third-party applications.  Run reports that are already defined in Report Manager or pass all the information about your report from the command-line.  You can even pass report parameters from the command-line
